A few ground rules before takeoff. Play fairly, respect the game and other people, and keep in mind that your progress is stored on your device. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to you by law.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to Copper Skies: Air Combat and this website, provided by Copper Skies Studio. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Contact nate.just.dev@gmail.com with questions.
You must meet applicable age requirements and your app store's rules. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must review and agree to it where the law allows. The game contains stylized combat. The advertising flow requires confirmation that you are 16 or older.
2. Permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the game for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtain it. The game, original artwork, code, name and other content remain the property of their respective owners.
You may share your own gameplay captures and commentary, provided you do not imply official endorsement or redistribute game assets as a separate product. Third-party music or other content may carry separate rights.
3. Fair use
Do not use the game or website to break the law, exploit payment or reward systems, distribute malicious software, impersonate the developer, or interfere with the service. Do not resell, copy or distribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law allows. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not apply to activities protected by law.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Where available, the game offers optional diamond packs and a No Ads purchase through Google Play or Apple's App Store. The store shows the current localized price and payment terms before you confirm. Purchases require the appropriate store account and authorization. No payment is taken through this website.
Coins, diamonds, aircraft and upgrades are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between players. Buying items grants a right to use them in the game; it does not give you ownership of the game or its intellectual property. Purchased currency has no scheduled expiry.
No Ads removes automatic interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded videos remain available by choice. It does not remove Analytics or change your privacy settings.
Refunds and payment disputes are handled through the store that processed the transaction, subject to that store's rules and applicable law. You can also contact us for help investigating item delivery. Any mandatory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Saves and restoration
Game progress and diamond balances are saved locally. The game does not currently provide account-based cloud saves, cross-device synchronization or guaranteed recovery after deletion, reinstall, device loss or device changes.
Use Restore Purchases in the Bank to restore an eligible No Ads purchase with the same store account and platform. Consumed diamond packs and a previously spent or saved diamond balance cannot be reconstructed by that restore function. Do not uninstall or clear app storage while we investigate a purchase or save issue. These limitations do not remove rights you have under consumer law.
6. Ads and rewards
Ads depend on network access, inventory, region and privacy choices. They may be unavailable. Optional rewarded ads grant the displayed reward after the ad provider reports that the reward was earned and the game saves it successfully. Closing a video early may not earn a reward. Daily limits and cooldowns apply.
Advertising content is supplied by third parties. Their sites and products are governed by their own terms. Report problematic ads through the ad's reporting controls or contact support.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the game to improve features, balance, compatibility or security. Missions, item parameters and reward rules may change prospectively. Internet services, ads and purchases may be interrupted or unavailable. We will meet any notice, remedy or other obligations required by applicable law for material changes.
The website may show development screenshots and announce planned releases. A coming-soon notice is not a promise of a particular launch date or availability in every country.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control. No provision excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer guarantees.
If a problem occurs, contact us and we will work to understand it. We do not require arbitration or waive any legal right you may have to bring a complaint before a competent court or consumer authority.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, Analytics, advertising, purchases and support information. Privacy controls and consent requirements are separate from acceptance of these terms.
10. Updates and contact
